Shipping Methods
Please allow a turn-around time of 7-10 days for me to create your jewelry. Since I do not make your jewelry until you order it, I usually do not have it in stock and available for immediate shipping.
All packages are sent via USPS Priority Mail. If your preferred method of shipping is not USPS Priority Mail, please mention this in the comment box at checkout.
For customers in the Gastonia, North Carolina area, pick-up can be arranged by contacting me after you have placed your order. In the Coupon field, please enter LOCAL to avoid shipping fees.
Shipping costs are $5.95 for orders up to $25, $7.95 for orders to $50, $8.95 for orders to $100, and $10.95 for all orders above $100.
Return Policy
For the most part, I do not accept returns on personalized items. Your order will be custom made to your specifications and usually cannot be resold to someone else if returned. If there is an error on my part, or a defect in the product, I will work with you to fix the problem, with either a refund or replacement, depending on the situation.
Your bracelet can be restrung once for sizing purposes (less shipping and handling), at no additional charge within the first 30 days. After that time, a fee of $5 per strand will be charged.
For the Mothers Bracelets, additional strands can be added when needed.
I want you to be completely satisfied with your order, so please indicate any special requests at the time of your order.

I will not be responsible for damage or lost shipments sent to me. Please insure your package.
